1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
The following right of withdrawal applies only to consumers:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (R-Trade GmbH, Twin Tower, Wienerbergstrasse 11/ 12A, 1100 Vienna, Austria, info@maxton-design.at) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can also declare your withdrawal online via the "Withdraw from contract" link. After submitting the online withdrawal, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
After receipt and inspection of the items, we will refund the credit note minus a 15% restocking fee via the original payment method of your order.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
1.1 If the customer is an entrepreneur according to §1 UGB (Austrian Commercial Code), any right of withdrawal is entirely excluded.

1.3 Notes for the smoothest possible return
Please return the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible and complete. Please use the return slip (please state the reason for return) and enclose it with the package. Use of the return slip and the original packaging is not "mandatory," i.e., not a prerequisite for exercising your right, but it simplifies and secures the process for us. Abusive use of the return option causes costs. For items that are impaired or damaged due to signs of use, R-Trade GmbH will charge a reasonable fee for the depreciation. The same applies if accessories are missing when the goods are returned and/or packaging is damaged to such an extent that the goods become unsalable. The acceptance of the delivery of goods by the consumer is not in itself to be regarded as a reduction in value.
To avoid transport damage to the goods or loss of the goods, the goods must be returned properly packaged and correctly addressed. The return address and your sender details are already printed on our return slip. If you do not use our return slip, please note your sender details on the package and send the goods to our warehouse address:

The customer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods as agreed.
1.4 The consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning
- a) services, if the entrepreneur – based on an express request of the consumer pursuant to § 10 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Foreign Transactions Act) as well as a confirmation from the consumer regarding their knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract – had started the execution of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period pursuant to § 11 FAGG and the service was then fully provided,
- b) goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period,
- c) goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs,
- d) goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,
- e) the delivery of digital content not stored on a tangible medium, if the entrepreneur – with the express consent of the consumer, combined with their acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal in the event of early commencement of contract fulfillment, and after provision of a confirmation pursuant to § 7 Para. 3 FAGG – has started the delivery before the expiry of the withdrawal period pursuant to § 11 FAGG,
- f) urgent repair or maintenance work for which the consumer has expressly requested the entrepreneur to visit to carry out this work. If the entrepreneur provides further services during such a visit that the consumer has not expressly requested, or delivers goods that are not strictly required as spare parts during maintenance or repair, the consumer is entitled to the right of withdrawal with regard to these additional services or goods.
Finally, the consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a public auction.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer/contracting party is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer/contracting party - you can recognize these by the necessary entry of the vehicle identification number (= VIN) for an order.
The triggering of a vehicle-specific order is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the valid right of withdrawal exclusively under conditions applicable to commercial traders – thus excluding any cancellation, return, and exchange rights.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not a private person.
- for software products (e.g., OBDAPP, KECODI) which have been used or executed.
- where the goods have been damaged by the consumer after receipt.
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the supply of goods, if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
- for the supply of sealed electronic software/hardware products.
- for the supply of vehicle-specifically planned retrofit/cable set packages.
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
