Kohlefaser zeichnet sich durch hohe Haltbarkeit und geringes Gewicht aus. Carbon wird sehr oft im Motorsport eingesetzt, insbesondere in der Fahrzeugaerodynamik. Verschiedene Arten von Spoilern, Diffusoren, Splittern und Flaps werden oft aus Carbon hergestellt.
Die Carbon Produkte werden mit der Thermo-Druck-Technologie hergestellt. Kohlefaser wird bei hoher Temperatur und Druck gehärtet. Dazu wird ein Autoklav eingesetzt. Dies ist die modernste Methode der Carbonherstellung, die eine hervorragende Wirkung garantiert - sowohl in Bezug auf die Haltbarkeit als auch auf die Optik.
Wir versenden Carbon-Produkte ordnungsgemäß gesichert – neben normaler Folie, die das Bauteil vor Kratzern schützt, verwenden wir auch eine große Menge Luftpolsterfolie und eine Schutzmatte, die das Produkt beim Transport vor Stößen und Vibrationen schützen.
